We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, promotions, or adverse weather conditions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are only processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

3. Delivery Methods & Times

We use selected UK courier services and/or postal services depending on the size, weight, and nature of your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Tracked services may be used for higher-value or perishable goods

4. Perishable, Frozen & Shelf-Life Bait

Some products may include shelf-life bait or temperature-sensitive goods.

By purchasing these items, you agree that:

  • Delivery timing is critical for perishable goods
  • We are not responsible for spoilage or reduced quality caused by courier delays
  • We are not liable where delays occur due to courier issues, missed deliveries, or circumstances outside our control
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where necessary

Once dispatched, responsibility for transit conditions transfers to the courier service.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we aim to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts or missed parcels

We will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information:

  • The parcel may be returned to us or require re-delivery charges
  • Any additional delivery costs may be passed on to the customer
  • Perishable goods may not be eligible for refund if compromised during return transit

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order size, weight, and delivery method selected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including where an order is returned (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item).

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided or left in a safe place as instructed by the courier.
